The Project Engineer Packaging Industry is responsible for planning executing and controlling growth and optimization engineering projects to meet scope time and cost requirements. This is achieved by complying with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in industrial projects civil works and constructions from design to commissioning
- Extensive experience in mechanical electrical and hydraulic systems
- Machinery relocation installation and commissioning within a plant or plant support tools
- Supplier management and process alignment with safety processes
Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, and project management. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant improvement methodologies is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide teams. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software. Working Conditions: This role may require occasional travel to various company locations or partner organizations. Flexible work hours to accommodate project needs and deadlines. The position may involve occasional extended work hours during critical project phases.
