Join our growing team! We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative to play a crucial role in our Fundraising and Marketing & Communications teams. As the first point of contact you will contribute to processing donations maintaining the donor database and providing exceptional customer care. Collaborate with the Supporter Relations Manager and assist with various tasks within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for all external and internal fundraising inquiries.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for inquiries related to donations and support.
- Deliver highstandard customer care consistently thanking and acknowledging donors.
- Foster positive relationships to enhance donor engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management and the communications team to create accurate and engaging donor communications.
- Ensure clear and compelling messaging that aligns with organizational values.
- Provide support for fundraising and promotional events including planning logistics and ontheday assistance.
- Contribute to the success of events through effective coordination and support.
- Maintain the donor database offering internal training and support for accurate data inputting.
- Administer data inputting amendments run reports and create data queries as necessary.
- Assist the fundraising team in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Contribute to efficient workflow and collaborative teamwork.
- Stay updated on fundraising initiatives and news across all sectors.
- Introduce new ideas and initiatives into the role while taking ownership of work.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm and drive for fundraising for a great cause (experience is desirable but not required).
