Role: Onbase Developer
Location: Hyderabad Pune or Bangalore
Exp: 5 8 years

As an OnBase Developer you will be responsible for designing developing implementing and maintaining solutions using the OnBase platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and create efficient document management solutions tailored to organizational needs. This role requires a deep understanding of OnBase functionality configuration customization and integration with other systems.
As an OnBase Developer you will be responsible for designing developing implementing and maintaining solutions using the OnBase platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and create efficient document management solutions tailored to organizational needs. This role requires a deep understanding of OnBase functionality configuration customization and integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for document management solutions.
- Design develop configure and implement OnBase solutions to meet business needs.
- Customize OnBase workflows forms and user interfaces to optimize business processes.
- Integrate OnBase with other enterprise systems such as ERP CRM and HRIS using APIs and connectors.
- Develop and maintain OnBase configurations including document types metadata fields security settings and retention policies.
- Develop documentation user guides and training materials for OnBase solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as an OnBase Developer or similar role with a minimum of 58 years of experience.
- Indepth knowledge of the OnBase platform including configuration customization and administration.
- Proficiency in designing and developing OnBase workflows forms and custom scripts using .NET or similar programming languages.
- Experience integrating OnBase with thirdparty systems using APIs web services and middleware.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to delivering highquality solutions within established timelines.
- Experience with SQL databases and SQL scripting.
- OnBase certifications (e.g. OnBase Certified System Administrator OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator) preferred but not required.
