• 10 Years of IT Experience
• Primary Skills Python FastAPI asyncio PyTest Poetry Angular / ReactJS ViTest Yarn MongoDB Redis SonarQube
• Other skills Docker Kubernetes Helm OpenShift Kafka AppDynamics Application Monitoring Splunk Log Monitoring
• Good to have prior experience with Cisco Products or CX Ecosystem

Major Responsibilities:

• Ability to design provide multiple solutions to business requirements
• Flexible for hands on development individual contributor role in about 50% bandwidth
• Work closely with product owners thoroughly understand the business domain and participate from ideation to realization product journey
• Prepare architecture and design documents use cases / workflows and present effectively in customer meeting
• Coordinate with onsite & offshore stakeholders perform code reviews mentor / coach team
• PoC / technology validations for new technologies
• Perform in depth assessment of CX application and provide roadmap to stabilize reengineering / refactor approach
• Participate in story grooming with offshore team
• Collaborate with change management & release management
• Technically guide and help team members in analyzing and solving complex problems
