• Manage and maintain the organizations hardware infrastructure including servers storage systems and network devices.
• Perform regular hardware maintenance troubleshooting and repairs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Plan and execute datacenter migrations including coordinating with stakeholders documenting processes and minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design implement and support openshift/open stack environments.
• Monitor system performance identify bottlenecks and implement necessary optimizations.
• Ensure datacenter security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers and internal teams.
• Document system configurations procedures and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends related to system administration and datacenter management.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a System Admin and Datacenter Engineer preferably with previous experience at Verizon.
• Strong knowledge of hardware management including servers storage systems and network devices.
• Experience with datacenter migrations including planning execution and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency in working with openshift/open stack environments.
• Handson experience with system administration tasks such as installation configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with industrystandard security practices and compliance requirements.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
