Golang Backend Engineer
Location: Remote Latam
6 months
Pay range $ 40 50 /hr
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain backend infrastructure components using Golang.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Optimize and scale distributed systems to support the growing demands of platform.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure the reliability of critical services.
- Work on automation and configuration management to streamline deployment processes.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of microservices architecture.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve infrastructure efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in software development using Golang.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on largescale hightraffic systems.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g. Prometheus Grafana ELK stack).
- Contributions to opensource projects or a strong GitHub profile.
