ACI Datacenter Engineer
Rate: $4550/hr on W2
Location: Remote but must be in CST or PST (LATAM is acceptable)
Duration: 612 Months CTH
Responsibilities:
- Configuration Management: Configure and manage ACI fabric components including spine switches leaf switches application profiles tenants endpoint groups (EPGs) contracts and policies.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot networkrelated issues within the ACI fabric and provide timely resolution to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations topology diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP Data Center
- Strong understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP VLANs routing protocols (OSPF BGP) and network security principles.
- Handson experience with Cisco ACI architecture including fabric discovery fabric initialization and fabric operation.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Nexus switches (N9K N7K N5K) and Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller (APIC).
- Familiarity with softwaredefined networking (SDN) concepts and technologies.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
