- Proficient in Project Management practices principles and tools.
- This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders ensuring project milestones are met and delivering highquality ERP Cloud HCM solutions that align with business objectives.
- Proven track record of leading large complex implementation projects.
- Proven experience managing Oracle HCM Fusion implementations.
- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage budgets timelines and resources effectively.
- Indepth knowledge of Oracle HCM Fusion applications.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including HR IT and business leaders to understand business requirements and objectives
- Facilitate communication between different teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- Work closely with technical teams consultants and vendors to configure and customize the HCM system based on business needs
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of the implemented Oracle HCM Fusion system.
- Participate and oversee testing and validation processes to confirm that the system meets business requirements.
- Create and maintain project documentation including requirements design specifications and testing documentation.
- Provide regular updates and reports to project stakeholders.
- Provide postimplementation support and address any issues or concerns that arise after the system goes live

Type of Education Required:
- Bachelor s Degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- A major in Business Administration Information Technology or Engineering is preferred.
- Master s Degree preferably an MBA with a major in Human Resources Management Finance or Accounting preferred.
- PMP Certification and Scrum or Agile Certifications strongly preferred
Type of Experience and Number of Years
- One endtoend full life cycle recent implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM related cloud services including HCM Recruiting Workforce Compensation Payroll Time and Labor Talent Management and Learning Cloud.
- Minimum fifteen (15) years of related experience required.
- At least ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in Project Management required.
- At least five (5) years of experience in implementing crossfunctional ERP systems preferred.
- Experience in Education (K12) project or program work preferred.
