About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Website and Public Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media platforms website management and public relations with a knack for storytelling and promoting events promotions and sales.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:
- Devise and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with clients marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Identify target audience segments and tailor content accordingly to drive engagement and conversion.
- Requires compliance with complicated laws at the municipal state and federal law
Content Creation and Curation:
- Generate compelling and visually appealing content including graphics photos videos and written copy that showcases our products brand story and distillery culture.
- Curate usergenerated content and collaborate with influencers to expand reach and credibility.
Community Management:
- Foster meaningful interactions with our online community by responding to comments messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Monitor social media channels for trends conversations and opportunities for engagement or crisis management.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive sales brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
Social Listening and Insights:
- Utilize social listening tools to gather insights into consumer behavior sentiment and preferences.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and provide regular reports to management.
Website Creation and Management:
- Build and maintain the company website using an approved HTML editor ensuring functionality responsiveness and user experience optimization.
- Update website content including product information news and events to reflect the latest offerings and promotions.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement new features enhancements and integrations as needed.
Public Relations and Press Releases:
- Write compelling press releases to support upcoming events promotions and sales initiatives including tours tastings and retail sales items.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets bloggers and influencers to secure coverage and partnerships that amplify our brand presence.
Collaboration and Crossfunctional Support:
- Collaborate with marketing sales and product development teams to align social media website and public relations initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Support product launches events and initiatives with strategic social media coverage website updates press releases and promotion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Public Relations Web Development or related field.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in HTML and website creation using approved HTML editors.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms algorithms and best practices.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling press releases and promotional content.
- Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Requires maintaining Utah Alcohol Server Training (OnPremise) certification annually.
- Requires maintaining Background Check Annually with UDABC and South Salt Lake.
- Requires maintaining a work permit with South Salt Lake annually.
- Must be 21 years of age.
