Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as Marketing and Social Media Manager. The Marketing and Social Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, analytics and design. They will also be responsible for leading our marketing strategy, including conducting market research, developing campaigns, and managing customer service inquiries.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience with Market Research and Sales
- Expertise in Marketing Strategy and development
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in social media management
- Familiarity with analytics and metrics tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience in the entrepreneurship or startup industry is a plus
