Head of Stores

The candidate should have strong technicalknowledge of the below process and operations: • Develop the necessary operational activitiesto meet and support QNCC departments’ merchandising andinventory needs. • Manage the stores operationsand ensure achievement of agreed departmentalrequirements. • Provide the planned stockrequirements that QNCC is receiving over the next few months takinginto account current stock on hand, current stock on order andforecasted consumption. • Prepare areplenishment plan during shutdown to prevent shortageshutdown. • Provide inputs and relevantinformation (e.g., maximum/minimum stock level, EOQ, etc.) to theHead of Purchase and the General Secretary of the Tender &Procurement Committee in the development of the Annual ProcurementPlan (APP). • Issue written and oralinstructions to Stores personnel regarding new Stores Sectionpolicies and procedures. • Ensure optimum stockon premises and adequate stocks are available. •Supervise the annual physical inventorycommittee.
