We Gusti Leder GmbH are a young company that has specialized in the sale of fairly produced leather bags and accessories We are looking for a COO.The COO will work together with the CEO on a new mission and Vision which allows the company to grow in size and profit for the future for the following 5 years

- Improve the processes of Gusti Leder
- Set comprehensive goals for business growth and success
- Establish policies and procedures that promote company culture and vision
