Job Description
Mandatory Skills:
- 3 years of experience in Proven ServiceNow implementation.
- 3 years of experience in Web applications networks protocols and email (SMTP POP3).
- 3 years of experience with a basic understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies.
- 3 years of experience with an understanding of enterprise IT architecture.
- 3 years of experience with working knowledge of relational databases.
- 3 years of experience in Web Technologies (XML HTML JAVA Script AJAX CSS HTTP etc.).
- 5 years of experience in impeccable time management and recordkeeping.
- 5 years of experience in translating complex enduser requirements to code.
- 5 years of experience with a positive cando attitude and willingness to learn.
- 5 years of experience with a strong personal commitment to quality service.
- 5 years of experience with the ability to work independently and with a team.
- 3 years of experience in LDAP directories such as Active Directory eDirectory and OpenLDAP.
- 5 years of experience in excellent communication.
