Plantrs Marketing Manager Role in Birmingham
The Mission
Work as a team to deliver against targets for weekly demos booked across three core markets: UK EAL International EAL and UK ESOL in order to meet growth targets.
- Contribute to the companys marketing strategy across markets.
- Develop implement and report on multichannel (digitalfirst but with traditional elements as appropriate) campaigns that generate demo bookings.
- Build brand awareness with key audiences and stakeholders.
- Utilise the full range of marketing tactics to achieve results including but not limited to: events (inperson virtual conferences webinars etc) email marketing web development and SEO content generation (written video audio graphical) social media paid advertising (online and print) collateral creation press PR and lobbying partner and influencer marketing.
- Further develop the companys use of Salesforce and Pardot to create trackable automated and engaging campaigns that generate and nurture leads.
- Take a datadriven test and refine approach to ensure maximum return on investment.
- Contribute to improving customer retention.
- Use marketing best practices to further expand our marketing performance and capabilities.
- Work with other departments to achieve success.
- Line management of junior team members as appropriate.
- Extensive experience working with Salesforce and Pardot is a must.
- All round marketing experience with a digitalfirst approach but that understands how to weave in traditional tactics appropriately to achieve outstanding results.
- Adept at creating implementing and reporting against strategy and objectives as part of a team.
- Great experience in managing email marketing campaigns from setting up segmenting data creating content and analysing results.
- Working on organic and paid social media (creating ads and briefing the design team) creating copy and managing budgets.
- Experience in PPC.
- An understanding of SEO would be beneficial.
- Able to create brand stories using multimedia content for a range of channels case studies blogs thought leadership press and PR through written video audio and visual tools.
- Experience in managing full digital marketing campaigns.
- Creative flair but an analytical mind.
- A team player who loves to work collaboratively with others and likes to contribute ideas.
- Attention to detail with high standards.
- Able to work at pace while maintaining quality.
- Stakeholder management experience and able to build positive relationships across a wide range of teams and audiences.
- An interest in the education or tech space.
