Shift: 10hour shifts weekends as needed

Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Service Lane Manager to lead our automotive service department in Haines City FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the service lane operations ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department including scheduling appointments managing workflow and maintaining accurate records.
• Train and manage Greeters/Advisors ensuring they promptly greet contact and assist customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections and spot checks to ensure adherence to customer contact protocols and service quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Product Quality Manager to address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Review work orders for proper billing deductibles collected and complete payment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to service technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of automotive repairs and maintenance.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends regulations and advancements in automotive technology.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in tire service brake repair and vehicle maintenance.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate and address customer needs.
• Experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of service technicians.
• Knowledge of auto estimating and ability to provide accurate repair quotes.
• Sales experience to promote additional services or products to customers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointments workflow and inventory.
• Previous experience in auto service management is preferred.
