1. Project management and expert matching

• Work as a clientfacing staff for ideally 30 projects (consulting on market research industry research and business projects) particularly for highpriority accounts.
  

• Liaise with internal teams and clients to guarantee prompt delivery of superior services.
  

• Organize project resources timelines and budgets; provide progress reports and milestone updates.
  

2. Account Extension

• In charge of onproject activation by providing superior services for toppriority clients.
  

• In charge of sleeping user activation with targeted clients including consulting companies research firms and investment firms.
  

3. Team Management

• Provide daily reports and resource allocation for projects priorities and conduct daily todo checks.
  

• Lead inspire and motivate project team members.
  

• Assign tasks according to team resources and oversee team performance.
  

• Conduct oneonone meetings with team members and provide them with constructive feedback and clear instructions.
  

Requirements

• Having experience as an account manager customer relations manager and customer success manager or experience in recruitment roles is a big plus.
  

• Experience in the management consulting or investment industry or top headhunting/recruitment agencies is an advantage.
  

• Proven track record of managing teams (at least 3 members above).
  

• Resultoriented with ability to work in a fastpaced client cycle.
  

• Growth mindset critical thinking business analysis and research skills.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Attention to detail autonomous and highly dedicated.
  

• Fluency in English plus ability to effectively communicate with external clients in different countries to facilitate internal management meetings.
  

• Native Thai or bilingual proficiency.
