Role Purpose
The Style Advisor is responsible for providing the customers with an easy, fashionable, personal, and fun customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual requests and expectations to ensure an excellent shopping experience that consistently attracts both present and future shoppers.
- Follow trends and maintain timeless knowledge of fashion principles to create, share, and develop the team’s fashion expertise.
- Demonstrate superior store knowledge to be able to understand customers’ concerns and quickly determine solutions with limited supervision.
- Drive sales by consistently demonstrating remarkable clientele selling skills, focusing on the individual customer and their fashion, as well as their wardrobe needs.
- Actively greet customers and attend to their needs in the fitting room, while ensuring fitting rooms are always neat and readily available to host customers.
- Determine customer needs based on personal features, preferences, and wardrobe selections; Provide advice and expertise on different sizes, colors, and styles.
- Use product knowledge tools and available in-store technology to share features, benefits, and trends with customers.
- Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow up with clients regarding products, service, repairs, and alteration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Styling or a related field
- 3 years of experience in fashion retail and customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluency in English
