Overview:

The Junior Operation Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the daytoday operations of the organization. They are responsible for ensuring efficient business operations and providing support across various departments. This role is important in maintaining the overall functionality and success of the organization by assisting in operational tasks and coordinating with different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the execution of operational plans and strategies
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations
  • Handle administrative tasks and documentation
  • Support in inventory management and procurement processes
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
  • Participate in operational meetings and provide assistance as required
  • Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Support in identifying areas for operational improvement
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and challenges
  • Provide support in training and onboarding new staff
  • Assist in compiling operational reports and data analysis
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic understanding of business operations and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in operations or administrative role is an advantage
  • Understanding of inventory management principles
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Strong ethical conduct and integrity
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
