Job Description

Overview:


As a Social Media Manager (Internship) you will play a critical role in enhancing our online presence and engaging our target audience across various social media platforms. Your contribution will directly impact brand awareness customer engagement and overall marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create and curate compelling content tailored for each platform.
  • Analyze and report on social media metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into content creation.
  • Manage social media accounts and respond to inquiries and comments.
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing initiatives.
  • Support in organizing and executing online events and collaborations.
  • Contribute to social media calendar planning and content scheduling.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt strategies.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized content library and asset management system.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to social media management.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Marketing Communications or related field.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Instagram Facebook Twitter LinkedIn etc.).
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and the ability to interpret the results to improve content performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for content and engagement.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising principles.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive and detailoriented with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience in customer service or community management is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Professionalism and ability to represent the brand in a positive light.
