What we are looking for

We are looking to hire a Sales Engineer. As a sales engineer you will need to understand every part of our technology stack to empower financial institutions with highvalue data and insights.


What does the job involve

  • Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings APIs and SDK integration process. Stay updated on industry trends competitor offerings and emerging technologies relevant to our solution.
  • PreSales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements identify technical challenges and develop customized solutions to address client needs. Conduct product demonstrations presentations and technical workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our platform.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with customers to design and architect the integration of our SDK into their consumerfacing applications. Provide guidance on best practices data security protocols and performance optimization to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor to customers offering expert guidance on leveraging our APIs to extract actionable insights from consumer financial data. Assist with API documentation sample code and troubleshooting technical issues during the integration process.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including growth and engineering to advocate for customer needs provide feedback on product enhancements and drive continuous improvement of our offerings.PostSales Support: Support customers throughout the implementation process ensuring smooth onboarding integration and configuration of our products. Provide ongoing technical support troubleshooting assistance and training to maximize customer satisfaction and adoption.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of APIs SDKs and software integration methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer success.
  • Time Zone overlaps at least 5 working hours with West Africa Time (WAT) and East Africa Time (EAT) to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with team members.
