Supervisor of Financemwd

TIENS is a multinational company currently operating in over 20 markets in its European region. Committed to excellence we are expanding our team and currently have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor of Finance to join us.

Tasks

• Oversee and manage financial activities ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support decisionmaking processes. Take responsibility for resolving VAT issues and communicate with tax accountants on financial matters.
• Verify and register all received invoices.
• Support the customer service team and undertake other tasks assigned by the CM or the region.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance Accounting or a related field or an equivalent qualification.
• 2 years of professional experience in the finance sector preferably in coordinating financial activities.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English both verbally and in writing.
