FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Hillsborough is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our team in both Full & PartTime roles. The Care Specialist works closely with our clinical team coordinating patient care and providing a seamless experience for new and existing clientele. This role requires exceptional critical thinking skills attention to detail and a sincere desire to help our patients achieve a better quality of life. Excellent customer service both in person and over the phone and a welcoming personality are essential for success! FYZICAL is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment and we believe that extraordinary customer care starts with taking care of our staff. As the first point of contact the Customer Care Specialist creates the standard of patient communication and care and is vital to the success of our organization.

Requirements

Successful Candidates Must Have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • MUST love meeting and talking with people and developing lasting relationships
  • Must exhibit excellent time management organization and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environment
  • Must be selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and help coworkers when necessary
  • Positive and empathetic attitude and willingness to help patients in pain
  • Team player who can work in harmony with others
