FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Hillsborough is seeking Customer Care Specialists to join our team in both Full & PartTime roles. The Care Specialist works closely with our clinical team coordinating patient care and providing a seamless experience for new and existing clientele. This role requires exceptional critical thinking skills attention to detail and a sincere desire to help our patients achieve a better quality of life. Excellent customer service both in person and over the phone and a welcoming personality are essential for success! Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Greet everyone who enters the premises with care and compassion
- Check customers in following clinic procedures
- Utilize WebPt software to schedule patients verify benefits and receive or send patient information
- Answer telephone; respond or direct caller as needed
- Contact patients when required
- Record when appointments have been canceled and note reason
- Retrieve mail sort and distribute as needed
- Complete items and fill out daily CCS checklist
- Assist with maintaining the facility by cleaning tidying up etc. as required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- MUST love meeting and talking with people and developing lasting relationships
- Must exhibit excellent time management organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to work efficiently & effectively in an autonomous environment
- Must be selfmotivated with a willingness to learn and help coworkers when necessary
- Positive and empathetic attitude and willingness to help patients in pain
- Team player who can work in harmony with others
