Job Description

Our client is a Property Technology Company leveraging Technology to disrupt the way we buy rent sell design construct manage and make decisions on property investments. In this role you are responsible for the maintenance of assigned general ledger accounts and accountable for the timely preparation of monthly journal entries and the reconciliation of the accounts and related schedules.


Summary of Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as the main point of contact for all accountrelated

inquiries.

Understand clients financial goals and needs to provide personalized service and solutions.

Loan Processing and Documentation:

Assist clients in the application process for property financing ensuring all required documentation is complete

and accurate.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing and approval.

Financial Consultation:

Conduct financial consultations with clients to understand their property financing requirements and

recommend suitable products and services.

Provide information on interest rates repayment terms and other relevant financial details.

Transaction Management:

Address client inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.

Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the entire property financing process.

Oversee financial transactions related to property financing ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal

policies and regulations.

Monitor and track loan disbursements repayments and other financial activities.

Risk Assessment:

Assess the creditworthiness of clients by analyzing financial statements credit reports and other relevant

documents.

Collaborate with risk management teams to mitigate potential risks associated with property financing.

Customer Support:

Address client inquiries concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the entire property financing process

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to property financing.

Ensure all transactions and activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.


Requirements

Bachelor s degree in finance accounting or any businessrelated field

Minimum of 3 years work experience in managing Accounts Receivables Account Payables and Fixed
Assets activities

Proven experience as an Account Officer or in a similar financial services role.

Understanding of property financing mortgage processes and financial products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.

Has a first degree in Accounting or Finance or any other related field, Is a chartered accountant with an ACCA or ICAN. Has a strong technical accounting knowledge. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in all aspects of finance and accounting, Must have worked with an ERP System, finance, accounting, financial planning, IFRS, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Chart of Accounts Redesign, GL Coding, Intercompany Reconciliation, GL Accounting, financial analysis.
