We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX Designer to join our Product team. This role involves indepth collaboration among PMs UX Team Developers and other stakeholders. The primary focus will be solving customers problems crafting a great user experience and designing UIs for the product.

This role is at Rillion in central Stockholm.

What you will do:

• Dive deep into UX Design and create a beautiful experience
• Conduct user research to gain deeper insights into our user behaviors
• Engage in strategy and execution across various initiatives with room to shape the role and make an impact
• Design and iterate solutions based on user research thorough understanding of business needs and measuring impact
• Foster a collaborative environment with stakeholders and developers enriching your understanding and ensuring alignment across the teams
• Drive and evangelize the UX mindset in the organization

We think you have:

• Proficiency in communicating with stakeholders to grasp business goals and objectives
• Ability to easily communicate and visualize ideas through prototypes and sketches
• Approximately 5 years of experience in UX Design
• Expertise in Figma understanding tokens and variables and experience in working with and building Design Systems
• Experience in conducting UX Research and user studies
• Proficiency in establishing and driving UX/UI Strategy in the business
