This is a highly visible opportunity for an energetic selfmotivated Continuous Improvement and Quality minded Manufacturing individual with a Cabinetry or Carpentry background(Must know how a Cabinet is made). CNC Cabinetry is a growing national Cabinet Manufacturing operation with facilities in 5 states. This position is located in South Plainfield NJ at our corporate offices. The Continuous Improvement & Quality Manager is responsible for implementing and executing inspection testing and evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere closely to company standards. They prepare reports by collecting data on inspections or other aspects such as production line cleanliness which are analyzed in detail to ensure good quality products to the customer. This position requires the ability to manage the entire site to ensure safety requirements daily goals costeffectiveness and quality are attained in the production process. Guides development of the accuracy and availability of procedures to support product modifications and assembly. Ensures the availability of materials to meet the plan consistent with customer needs inventory restraints and profit requirements by managing the materials function. Must be a Lean advocate and drive continuous improvement on the shift. Also responsible for pay reviews and performance evaluations as well as providing daily reports to senior management.
