Job Overview:
Rock Insurance requires a Programme Director to join our team on a permanent basis and deliver complex solutions for leading brands.
This leadership role will be at the forefront of driving strategic planning execution and delivery of programs that align with our companys goals and values. As Programme Director your influence will span across various functions harnessing the power of our teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities:
Strategic Programme Leadership:
- Develop and implement overarching programme strategies that align with organisational objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to ensure programme outcomes are achieved on time within budget and to the highest quality.
- Comfortable in a ever changing environment with demonstrable experience of stabilising and managing demand from stakeholders and balance the delivery across a portfolio of programmes and projects.
Team and Stakeholder Management:
- Lead inspire and manage crossfunctional teams across the programs lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Risk Management and Quality Assurance:
- Identify assess and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
- Ensure all programme deliverables meet the highest standard of quality through rigorous quality assurance processes.
Financial and Resource Management:
- Oversee programme budgets and resources ensuring optimal allocation and financial health of the program.
- Implement financial controls and reporting mechanisms to track program performance and outcomes.
- Fortnightly SteerCo reporting (including attending agile ceremonies to ensure uptodate comms are delivered to the business)
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Champion innovation within the programme by exploring new methods technologies and processes.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience project and programme management experience as well as experience in managing large scale accountsdemonstrating successful programme delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving exceptional outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Robust understanding of financial management project/programme governance risk management and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience in deploying innovative solutions and continuous improvement methodologies to drive program excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to operate strategically with excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Experience working in an Agile and Waterfall environments.
