Job Description
As a Carpenter, you will be responsible formaintaining the building and facilities, build required items, andmaintain carpentry tools to deliver an excellent Guest and Memberexperience. A Carpenter will also be required to preparepreventative maintenance schedules and perform inspections.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards: •Maintaining the building and facilities including doors, windows,furniture and other items • Complete theGuest room maintenance schedule ontime • Build required items includingspecialty furniture • Operate andmaintain carpentry tools and equipment •Assist with the delivery of other relatedservices • Keep a daily log oftasks • Prepare a preventativemaintenance schedule • Takemeasurements, install fixtures, and make necessaryadjustments • Ensure quality inspectionsare carried out in line with company standards • Ensuregood relationships are built with internal and externalcustomers
