A vegan antiodorant that is magically effective for 37 days. We live for fresh armpits; fresh as a polar bear garden party. That means fresh without aluminium parabens petrochemicals or any other vague chemicals. No salts and no cheap perfume. We dont do propellants or canisters but put nuud in a bioplastic tube made from sugarcane. With this we made over 3.000.000 armpits happy in 100 countries!

Tasks

How youll make a difference:

As an Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with key clients across DACH Benelux France and Spain. Reporting to the Head of Revenue your strategic expertise will significantly impact client satisfaction revenue growth and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for clients in DACH Benelux France and Spain focusing on key accounts.
  • Leverage your 3 years of experience to manage and nurture relationships with key accounts understanding their specific needs and driving successful trade marketing plans.
  • Align client objectives with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery exceeding client expectations.
  • Develop and negotiate trade marketing plans with key accounts to drive mutual business growth and enhance market presence.
  • Expand the brand distribution network and identify new business opportunities within the consumer goods sector.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on KPIs sales forecasts and performance evaluations providing valuable insights to stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 2 fulltime employees providing guidance to optimize team performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovative thinking within the team to enhance strategies and approaches.

Requirements

Who are we looking for:

  • 3 years of experience in Account Management or related roles within the consumer goods industry.
  • Proven track record with key accounts such as dm Rossmann Mueller Etos Albert Heijn Jumbo and Kruidvat.
  • Retail and field expertise demonstrating a deep understanding of retail dynamics and operations.
  • Proficiency in generating reports forecasting setting OKRs and managing P&L.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; German or Dutch fluency required; proficiency in French and Spanish considered advantageous.
  • Willingness to undertake field trips and international travel as necessary.
