You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailResponsibilities : • Assist the Foreman in planning and organizing construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. • Supervise and coordinate with construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that work is carried out efficiently and to the required standards. • Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications. • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and practices on the job site. • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, material usage, and labor productivity. • Assist with the hiring and training of new construction workers as needed. Qualifications : • Proven experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and manage a team. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans. • Proficiency with construction software and Microsoft Office applications. • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
