Tasks and Responsibilities
1.Support the monitoring of SDG progress in Benin and the development of Benin Sustainable Development Report 2024. You will assist in the various stages of the development of our report including data extraction analysis production of tables and graphs data checks and drafting.
2.Helping develop models for assessing SDG financing gaps. This means contributing to survey the existing literature build the SDG financing gap framework gather and analyze the data and draft the report.
Qualifications
Passion for sustainable development and the 17 SDGs
Pursuing an advanced degree in economics statistics political science international relations or equivalent with solid quantitative skills for social science research
Good knowledge of Excel and statistical methods
Ideally knowledge of Stata and/or R
Good understanding of the Global Financial Architecture would be an advantage
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Enrolled in a certified degree program (or be able to obtain a Convention de stage from your university) and have the right to hold an internship in France
Duration
The internship will take place for 6 months from April 2024 to September 2024.
Compensation
You will receive a gratification at the legal standard minimum hourly rate plus 50% of transportation costs.

Tches et responsabilits
1.Soutenir le suivi des progrs des ODD du Bnin et la production du Rapport sur le Dveloppement Durable pour le Bnin 2024. Vous participerez aux diffrentes tapes de llaboration de notre rapport notamment lextraction des donnes lanalyse la production de tableaux et de graphiques la vrification des donnes et la rdaction du rapport.
2.Contribuer llaboration de modles dvaluation des dficits de financement des ODD. Cela consistera notamment tudier la littrature existante laborer le cadre du dficit de financement des ODD extraire et analyser les donnes et rdiger le rapport.
Qualifications
Passion pour le dveloppement durable et les 17 ODD
Inscrit(e) dans une formation niveau master en conomie statistiques sciences politiques relations internationales ou quivalent avec de solides comptences quantitatives pour la recherche en sciences sociales
Bonne connaissance dExcel et des mthodes statistiques
Idalement connaissance de Stata et/ou R
Une bonne comprhension de larchitecture financire mondiale serait un avantage
Matrise de langlais (crit et parl)
tre inscrit(e) un programme de diplme certifi (ou pouvoir obtenir une Convention de stage de votre universit) et avoir le droit deffectuer un stage en France
Dure
Le stage aura lieu pendant 6 mois davril 2024 septembre 2024.
