- Ensure proper application of LA BOCA’s Front of House opening, running and closing procedures as per checklists
- Be knowledgeable about LA BOCA’s services and food items
- Perform continuous table clearing during service time and after guest departure
- Follow up with the waiter on the time tracking for cooking times on all orders, check finished product for proper degree of appearance, and plate presentation
- Co-operate with the Stewards/Cleaners on all cleaning and clearing procedures
- Clean tables and chairs promptly to ensure guest comfort
