Developing and implementing the bi-annual marketing and communication strategy: Responsible for creating and executing the marketing and communication strategy in alignment with the organization's overall strategy. This involves in depth understanding of target audiences, developing messaging, selecting channels, building traction & traffic, increasing conversion, maintaining audience loyalty and tracking and reporting on results.
Team management: Overseeing the team of marketing and communication professionals, including in-house team, designers, and any third party agencies. You will provide guidance, direction, and support to help them achieve their goals and KPIs which includes training, 1-1 coaching and monthly assessment of individual team members.
