We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with a solid background in Oracle HCM Cloud and Fusion HCM OIC Integration. With 1 to 12 years of experience the ideal candidate should have participated in at least one implementation project on Oracle HCM Cloud. Preferred experience includes Fusion HCM OIC Integration in modules such as Core HR Compensation Payroll Benefits Absence Management Talent Management and Time and Labor.
Requirements
- 1 to 12 years of experience as a technical consultant preferably with involvement in an Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project.
- Proficiency in Fusion HCM OIC Integration with a focus on modules like Core HR Compensation Payroll Benefits Absence Management Talent Management and Time and Labor.
- Essential skills include OIC Integration and experience in at least one HR implementation project.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in large and diverse teams.
- Proficient in two or more technical tools within the HCM Cloud ecosystem.
Qualification Assessment:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
