Your Mission

As the Talent Acquisition Partner youll be the driving force behind attracting assessing and nurturing top talent that fuels Mercells success. Your mission is to leverage our recruitment strategy ensuring that we continue building diverse skilled and dynamic teams across Mercell in all different functions and locations. Core Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle recruitment: Lead endtoend recruitment processes from identifying talent needs to sourcing interviewing and onboarding exceptional individuals.
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
  • Source candidates by utilizing cuttingedge technology social media and targeted networking.
  • Develop regularly update and maintain the recruitment database.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs ensuring a strategic and collaborative approach to talent acquisition.
  • Innovative recruitment techniques: Implement creative and effective recruitment methods staying ahead of industry trends to attract toptier talent.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience (ideally 35 years)in Talent Acquisition or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing effectively multiple recruitment processes while ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Indepth knowledge of interviewing recruitment best practices and industry trends in multiple sectors such as tech finance commercial product.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIN as hiring tool.
  • Experience in sourcing various profiles.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in competency based interviewing (CBI).
  • Previous experience in tech or SaaS recruitment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HRbest practicestechnologies and tools.
  • Employer branding experience.

Start date:Approximately by April/May 2024

Duration: Full time/Temporary Maternity Cover (around 1 year)

Working hours:Hybrid remote

Location: May be based anywhere where Mercell has a legal entity such as Sweden Norway Netherlands Denmark Finland
