Overview:
Responsible for managing and optimising our outsourcing operations ensuring seamless collaboration with external partners and driving efficiency in the delivery of services. The ideal candidate will possess strong managerial skills a strategic mindset and a proven track record in outsourcing management.
Role & Responsbilities:
Outsourcing Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive outsourcing strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify potential outsourcing partners conduct thorough evaluations and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal terms and conditions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define outsourcing requirements and expectations.
Vendor Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with outsourcing vendors ensuring alignment with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with vendors to implement enhancements.
Resolve issues and conflicts with outsourcing partners in a timely and effective manner.
Operational Excellence:
Oversee daytoday outsourcing operations to ensure adherence to agreedupon processes and timelines.
Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve outsourcing efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead initiatives to enhance overall operational performance.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a dedicated team responsible for managing outsourcing relationships and operations.
Provide clear direction guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and highperformance culture.
Conduct regular performance assessments and provide constructive feedback to drive professional development.
Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure effective communication between the outsourcing department and other functional areas.
Communicate regularly with executive leadership providing updates on outsourcing performance challenges and opportunities.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in outsourcing management
Strong understanding of outsourcing processes contract negotiation and vendor management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use datadriven insights to make informed decisions.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Desirable Skills:
Bachelors degree in business management or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
