Identify and solve local and darkstores vendor performance-related problems by analyzing and deriving insights from large, complex sets of data.
Work alongside the commercial and logistics teams to reduce fail rate, vendor delay, and preparation/picking times.
Have a deep understanding of non-food vendors' operations and the ability to solve challenges by working with the non-food operations team.
Work closely with country operations, commercial, and product teams to optimize customers' ordering experience
Provide input to the vendor operations strategy and support its implementation in the country along the regional guidelines
Connect with vendor performance responsible (account managers) in the country and build an end-to-end process for process implementation & review
Connect with vendors who are displaying poor operational performance or are worst offenders to help improve their performance by sharing best practices and industry insights.
Create and roll out projects focusing on performance excellence.
Provide weekly updates to country management on projects & performance progress.
What did we order?
Bachelor's Degree
2-3 years of experience in the food/grocery tech industry is highly preferred
Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and verbal. Urdu is a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management skills: Experience in dealing with cross-cultural team members and cross-functional teams
Experience in SQL, Data Analytics tools like tableau, looker etc
