Job Description
- Install and configure Point of Sale system on customer devices
- Test and deliver Point of Sale System to customer
- Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback.
- Contribute to the development of new solutions through design, testing and delivering the best solutions
- Develop excellent client relationship and respond to any client’s inquiries
- Handle client’s tickets and ensure solving issues or inquiries that arises any time during or after the implementation of the project on a timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure continuous learning concerning new technologies related to SAP.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
