Job Description
We are looking for several employees (m/f/d) for the customer support of a large payment service provider with the possibility of working from home. You should spend one day per week within the company to not loose contact to the team. We are looking for talented personalities speaking either French or Dutch on a professional level.
About the job:
- Handling customer concerns regarding invoices returns and installment purchases via email / chat.
- Administration of master data
- Clarification of payment differences
- Tracking of incoming payments
