The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a nonpolitical and nonprofit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 135000 members worldwide it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) in Vienna.
In addition to the existing team the ESR is looking for a committed fulltime team member (38.5 hours) to support the department Committee & Board Affairs.
Tasks
- Administrative support to the ESR Board various committees and subcommittees
- Correspondence with the ESR Board committee chairpersons and members via email/telephone
- Collaboration with international leading radiologists
- Content preparation of meetings with 10 100 participants as well as onsite support (partly abroad)
- Creation of agendas meeting invitations minutes PowerPoint presentations
- Assisting in the followup and implementation of all matters arising from the minutes
- Preparation and correction of print/online publications
- Conducting and evaluating online surveys
- Data maintenance
Requirements
- University degree beneficial (e.g. Language Studies or Linguistics)
- 23 years of office experience in international environment of advantage
- Excellent command of English (other languages useful)
- Experienced in MS Office
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Organisational talent with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel (12 a year)

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy (385h) is at least 2250.00 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualifications.
