Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in development of the global Inland Operation & Procurement (IOP) policy and annual procurement guidelines for RHQs
- Steer regional inland procurement to establish the most effective and cost-competitive inland setup to support commercial activities
- Supervise/evaluate each region’s inland procurement activities covering transportation (trucking, barge, and rail) and inland facilities (Depots, ICDs and CFS) by working with various stakeholders
