  • 7+ years of experience in customer service management or related roles within a supply chain or logistics environment.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service operations, order management, and supply chain processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership capabilities.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
