Assistant Logistics Manager

• Manage and coordinate functions within the sales divisions, support functions and warehouse facilities.

• Manage 3PL (Food & Non-Food) across all locations, including contract management, periodic billings/payments, day to day coordination with company supply chain and 3PL partners.

• Develop and maintain KPI/ SLA with 3PL which needs to be reported to the business periodically.

• Develop SOPs/ processes, and adequate control measures.

• Identify opportunities with cost saving/ cost optimization/ improving operation efficiencies.

• Review 3PL invoices and ensure timely payments

• Manage the inventory accuracies, stock counts, systems & integrations and ensuring that regular reconciliation of stock with the Source systems.
