Summit is seeking a Managing Director with a robust vision and extensive experience to manage the performance of the company in line with strategic goals and targets and ensuring the overall success of the business.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field beneficial
- 10 years experience as Managing Director or similar senior roles ideally in the public or private training sector
- Proven experience in developing strategic business plans
- Solid background in B2B sales and market development activities
- Operations Management experience essential
Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of corporate finance
Legacy of best management practices and leading high performance teams
Indepth knowledge of markets and changing business environments
