He/She will be in charge of the IT Helpdesk operation as well as IT infrastructure technical support coordination execution control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy commitment and goals.

What will you be doing

1. Provide technical support for PCs
2. Support IT Infrastructure operation and project
3. Manage the daytoday operations of the company s IT infrastructure cyber security and enduser service
4. Conduct system configuration monitoring troubleshooting and change management

Requirements :

• Bachelor s degree required in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field

Desired Qualification (Preferred)

• Knowledge in the Fortigate F/W Cisco catalyst and Nexus series.
• Proven experience in VMware and Windows Server with Active Directory environment.
• Excellent communication skills with customeroriented service
• Positive attitude selfdriven strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated effectiveness in accomplishing goals
• Experience in IT Helpdesk Network Server and storage management
