DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Print mail scan assemble and manage multiple machines and productions jobs with the ability to
reprioritize in a dynamic environment.
Communicates with the Document Management Supervisor to ensure appropriate levels of
inventory and/or supplies are maintained.
Request service calls/tickets for all production machines.
Ensure quality and timeliness of all production jobs including crop insurance documents daily
policy check creation newsletter print/mail brochures magazines educational material
reference manuals and any other such documents as necessary.
Works with Information System Staff to test and monitor print output to ensure the highest quality
product is delivered for our customers.
Coordinate requests for special print projects.
Maintain secure environments for all Personally Identifiable Information (PII) that is involved in
document management.
Other duties as assigned.
RELATIONSHIPS: Works daily with other members of the Document Management Team. Works
regularly with Information System staff to test and monitor print output and ensure the highest quality
product is delivered for our customers. Works with customers and other staff as needed.
Participate as an employee and representative of client in a professional and courteous manner.
EDUCATION OR TRAINING REQUIRED: Associate degree or two years experience with document management activities.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: Must be selfdirected and have the ability to manage multiple
tasks simultaneously. Able to research and identify requirements for complex projects and effectively
complete assignments under deadline pressure. Ability to respond to problem issues submitted by
customers or regulatory agencies. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/SKILLS: Crop Insurance knowledge is beneficial.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The position requires extended periods of standing and/or sitting at a computer workstation and/or operating print mail and scanning equipment. Must be able to lift supplies up to 50 lbs
