Product Designer to ABAX Poland

In this crucial role within the Product team youll be responsible for our discovery process working closely with Product managers designers engineering teams and customers to elevate adoption and usage of all ABAX products.

Some of the things you will be working on:

• Be part of discovery process and conduct user testing on new and existing products.
• Conduct indepth individual interviews with customers.
• Facilitate ideation workshops in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Create digital interfaces across platforms (mobile web).
• Develop wireframes prototypes and other design assets to communicate concepts.
• Collaborate with Product teams to conceptualize innovative features and ideas.

We believe you bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product or UX/UI designer.
  Handson experience in designing digital and SaaS products.
  
• Practical expertise in facilitating discovery workshops with development teams and conducting user research.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma and/or Miro along with good knowledge of the latest design trends and prototyping tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in research methods and tools like HotJarLookback.
  A good understanding of the endtoend iterative design process (e.g. Design sprints etc.).
• A portfolio demonstrating your expertise across web and mobile design.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.

Nicetohave:

• Experience in creating and working with design systems.
  
• Good experience in data analysis.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools like Google Analytics Firebase Looker Studio or Power BI.

Our hiring process

1. We do look at your resume when some kind of experience is required but and then conduct a short phone call where we ensure that our goals are aligned. In addition find out a little bit more about who you are and why you are interested in this position.

2. We send out our technical test focusing on how you approach the work.

3. Indepth interview with one or two of our stake holders could be a team member for example to get to know each other even better. At this stage we deep dive into the technical test that you have done.

4. Second interview with the hiring manager and our recruitment specialist focusing even more on who you are and also what you know.

5. Digital reference check through our supplier RefApp
