Destinus is searching for a purchaser that will help us ensure ontime delivery of technical parts ordered from all over the world within budget. Tasks
About the job
As a purchaser at our company you fulfill a versatile and challenging position. As a purchaser you are responsible for the procurement of propriety parts related to gas turbine generator sets. Having technical affinity working with a lot of internal and external stakeholders in a successful manner and having commercial affinity are aspects that all matter.
Your main result areas are:
- You ensure that the right parts are in the right place at the right time at the lowest costs.
- You act as the main contact person of suppliers on supply agreements and purchasing terms and conditions.
- You increase flexibility by working with suppliers on lead time reduction of critical parts.
- You assist in finding new suppliers as well as benchmarking and dual sourcing current supply base.
- You ensure that our suppliers comply to corporate policies.
- You keep in close contact with all internal stakeholders on delivery times costs and quality.
Requirements
Your profile
We are looking for a colleague that meets the following criteria:
- Vocational level 4 or Bachelor work and thinking level.
- We encourage starters to apply for this job. Relevant Work experience is a plus.
- Having experience with ERP systems is a plus (MSD).
- Good Dutch and English communication skills.
- You are result oriented accurate have strong planning and organizations skills and negotiation skills.
