Job Description
- Coordinate with TapRm Marketplace team to receive and create all inbound Purchase Orders into Quickbooks Commerce/TradeGecko
- Product creation and Uploading for Incoming Brands
- Freight Management for Incoming Products
- Accurately creating and maintaining incoming sales orders from remote sales team
- Onboarding and maintaining information of existing accounts
- Reporting daily sales numbers, as well as maintaining spreadsheets regarding delivery information, discounts, preorders, etc.
- Quickly responding to sales inquiries (by email and phone) with the highest level of customer service
