Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, preferably in UK
- Minimum 10 years of experience with a proven track record of success in drafting contracts, Offshore Trust Law, Common Law, and M&A matters
- Offshore Trust Law expertise, especially in Europe
- Deep Knowledge of Construction Law, FIDIC
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages
