Job Description
Hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of local and national building and construction standards and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and architectural plans.
Ability to carry out checks and inspections to ensure implementation of technical specifications and regulations.
Good communication skills and ability to deal with clients and contractors.
Ability to write detailed reports on detected defects and problems and provide appropriate solutions.
Knowledge of proper construction methods and the use of correct building materials.
